Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue:

• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• Your device model, operating-system version, and Whimly app version.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the problem.
• For purchase questions, the platform used and the transaction reference, if available.

Never send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive authentication information. Whimly support will not ask for your password.
